The Ilesha schist belt in Osun State is the best-established gold district in south-west Nigeria, and hosts the country's only large producing gold mine.
Our gold target area lies in this belt.

The pegmatite fields of Oyo State carry spodumene, the main hard-rock lithium mineral, and are among Nigeria's most promising lithium districts.
In Ekiti State, the pegmatites around Ijero belong to the same rare-metal family, with lithium alongside tin and tantalum.
Our lithium target areas are in both districts.

Tantalite is the main ore of tantalum, a metal used in electronic capacitors and high-performance alloys.
The pegmatites around Ijero in Ekiti State were mined for tin and tantalum, on a pegmatite belt that runs about 400 km across the south-west. Our tantalite target area shares this ground with our lithium target area in Ekiti.
Planning stage
Alongside our exploration work, we plan to build a small gold processing plant in Osun State, working with local licence holders.
Mercury is still widely used to recover gold in small-scale mining in Nigeria, and it harms miners' health and contaminates water and soil. Our plant will recover gold by gravity, with no mercury and no cyanide.
The licence holder keeps its mineral title and mines the ore. We fund, build and run the plant.
Pits and bulk samples show how much gold the ground carries.
Trial batches measure how much of it the plant can recover.
The mining lease and processing permits are put in place.
We build only when the first three steps support it.
We choose ground on sound geology and field evidence.
We advance projects in stages and commit capital as results justify it.
We aim to process minerals and build skills in Nigeria.
We plan our work to protect water and land, and to leave sites in good condition.
We hire and buy locally where we can, and work with host communities on shared plans.
We work within Nigerian mining and environmental law, on licensed ground.
